SURFERS BEACH HOLIDAY APARTMENTS - CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
PLEASE READ: these terms and conditions are for your protection.
 Our normal Check-in times are 2pm, with earlier times as subject to availability.
Check out is by 10am. Late checkouts are available at $15 / hour after 10am.
1. Payment and Refunds
 No refunds will be given for early departure.
Please note it is an offence to leave without paying your account in full.
Any breakages or damages must be paid for upon check out.
Cancellation Policy:
Administration Fee of $55 will apply 10 days after date of confirmation
Administration Fee of $220 will apply when less than 30 days notice prior to arrival date.
Administration Fee of $440 will apply when less than 7 days notice prior to arrival date.
Administration Fee of $660 will apply when less than 36 hours notice prior to arrival date.
2. Extra Guest Charges
Extra guests incur a charge of $33.00 per person per night.
NON DISCLOSURE of any extra guest/s staying after 10pm will be $66 per person per night of your entire stay.
3. Rubbish
All rubbish must be removed from your apartment and be placed in bins provided in the basement car park.
The apartment is to be left in a clean and tidy condition; if not, a minimum extra cleaning fee of $44.00 will be charged against your credit card.
YOU AGREE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER & SIGNATURE BEING HELD ON FILE & A $300 PENDING AUTHORISATION AS SECURITY.
IF NO CREDIT CARD. A $400.00 cash bond is required and may be held up to 48 hours after departure and will then be forwarded to the supplied mailing address by TRUST ACCOUNT CHEQUE.
You agree to allow Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments, to charge your Credit Card or deduct from your Bond, the cost of extra cleaning any breakages and / or damages caused during our stay.
4. GUESTS AGREE to abide by the Body Corporate and House Rules.
Management and or their respective representatives, reserve the right to enter your apartment for servicing, maintenance repairs and inspections.
Foul language will not be tolerated at any time
Visitors in building after 10pm will be deemed as paying guests and will be charged to the persons Credit Card whom the apartment is registered under at the rate of $66 per night.
You will be provided with 2 set of keys, should any set be lost a replacement fee of $220 will apply.
NO SMOKING INSIDE APARTMENTS:
If smoking has occurred in apartment a cleaning fee of $352.00 will apply .
Smoking on balconies with sliding glass doors open will be considered as smoking inside apartment & and a minimum cleaning fee of $352 will apply.
5. School Groups
Require 2 valid Credit Cards, letter from school committee or principle stating that they will be responsible for any damage or replacement cost, loss of rental at door rate of $400 per day while being repaired.
6. Supporters Groups
Require 2 Valid Credit Cards per apartment and 2 signatures on the apartment Registration Form as they will be responsible for any damage or replacement cost and loss of rental at door rate of $400 per day as apartment is being repaired.
7. Breakages
As these apartments are all individually owned by other Mum & Dad families, they ask that when breakages and damages are caused to their property, that those responsible, incur the cost so that the next incoming guests may enjoy the full use of the apartment and it’s facilities.
